Service Terms
- All services of this site will only be used for promotional purposes on various platforms.
- Make sure you properly describe your selected orders or products in detail. We know you do not want to deal with returns. So be sure your order is clear to us.
- There is no limit on order size, but if your order exceeds $300, please contact us before placing your order.

- We offer a 30 days replacement guarantee on reviews/rating Reputation Management services and 30 days replacement guarantee on our like/followers/subscribers etc Social Media services.
Social Media Accounts
At HelpZonia, we have no control or influence over the decisions made or actions taken by any of the social networks we provide promotional products and services for. Consequently, we accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever in the event of pages, profiles, or accounts being suspended or terminated for any reason.
The customer, therefore, acknowledges and understands that all services provided by HelpZonia are used entirely at their own risk. As the terms of service outlined by any social network could change at any time and without notice, we accept no liability or responsibility in the event of subsequent accounting issues resulting from the use of the services we provide.
Payment Terms
- Buyers have to pay HelpZonia for orders in advance.
- No friends and family payments via PayPal will be accepted.
- You agree that upon purchasing ‘likes’ or ‘followers’, ‘reviews’, ‘subscribers’, ‘accounts’, or any other services you clearly understand and agree with what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal, Creditcard, or Bank.
- Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, claim, unauthorized transaction, or chargeback, we grant the right, if necessary, to ban your IP address from this website and you allow us to take legal actions against you. Also, we remain the right to (attempt to) terminate your Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/YouTube/Google/SoundCloud/Pinterest, etc accounts.
- No partial or full refunds will be issued for service interruption, failure, or anything else unless your order does not get delivered at all.
- By purchasing anything from this website, you agree to PayPals Terms of Service and state to not break any of their rules.
- You are allowed to offer payments using any method which is acceptable through HelpZoniacom.
- A secure method of accepting payments is processed using SSL encryption. By purchasing our services you are explicitly agreeing that you clearly understand and agree to what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal, credit card, or debit card institution.
Refund Policy
- Make sure that you’ll never claim a dispute on your PayPal as we promise to make refunds. So, feel free to contact us if you get any issues regarding your ordered services.
- Refund requests can be done by customer support only up to a period of 03 days from the order completion date. No refund request will be accepted after that time.
- If we couldn’t complete your task for any reason, we will not refund 100% amount. We will provide a 40% refund of the amount that we will receive in our account, only when it has been determined that the agreed timeframe was breached due to inaction or errors on the part of the company.
- We can’t refund 100% because we spend time completing your order. Don’t order if you do not agree.
- There is no fixed time for delivery and we never claim for a specific delivery time, so you can not request a refund when the order is under process.
Privacy Policy
- This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
- Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
